The Harris Government appears to think that Ontarians are not
interested in a strong ODA, and do not care about this for persons
with disabilities. The ODA Committee believes that Ontarians do
care. They care about having a strong law to ensure that Ontarians
with disabilities can fully participate in a barrier-free province.
