CBC Radio 1 will Air Program on Disability
Featuring David Lepofsky, ODA Committee Chair

When:   June 14, 1999 following the 11:00 am news.

CBC Radio 1's national program "This Morning" is scheduled to air an item right across Canada on the efforts at putting disability issues on the political map this Monday, June 14, just after the 11 a.m. news.

On the interview will be ODA Committee Chair, David Lepofs, talking about the activities of people with disabilities in the recent Ontario election on the ODA issue, and Ms. Pat Danforth talking about efforts in Saskatchewan, where an election is anticipated this fall.

Its a live interview. We are told that the schedule for it is firm barring some late-breaking crisis in the news.
