Here is an opportunity for people living in the Kitchener-Waterloo
area to learn about the effort across Ontario to get the Ontario
Legislature to enact a strong Ontarians with Disabilities Act, to
meet others interested in this important issue, and to get
involved.

A presentation on the ODA will be made as part of the Annual
General Meeting of K-W Access-Ability.

Date: Thursday September 21, 2000

Location: The Viewing Lounge of the Kitchener Memorial Auditorium
400 East Avenue, Kitchener

Time: 8:00 P.M.
(7:00 P.M. is the Business Meeting for K-W Access-Ability)

The Featured Speaker: David Lepofsky, Chair of the ODA Committee

On the Theme: "Uniting to Achieve a Barrier Free Ontario for
Persons with Disabilities"

Anyone you know who is interested in disability issues in general
and the Ontarians with Disabilities Act in particular should plan
to attend. Please spread the word!!!

If you do not live in the Kitchener-Waterloo area, please pass the
word on to people you know in the KW region and encourage them to
attend

American Sign Language Interpretation will be available.
